We do guarantee parts to be in good working conditions when purchased. Exchange must be returnedwithin  10 days for deposit refund. We do not mke cash refunds when parts are availeble. we do not guarantee carburetors. We do not guarantee labor in defective parts. The limits of liability of all of the items listed in this invoice shall be limited to & in no event shall exceed this purchase price shown on this invoice. Inspect merchandise. It is sold as is.
